We source Locally, but we ship Globally.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment (pay-pal or bank transfer) and are shipped via Post NL, DHL, UPS or for larger items via couriers in which we have secured relationships — all with tracking and drop off with or without signatures, if you prefer delivery via an alternative method this too, can be arranged.
The cost is agreed upon with the buyer and is paid prior to the actual shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, insurance as well as the cost of postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees will vary according to the weight, dimensions, etc., of the shipment.
We group your items in one order — and the shipping fees will apply collectively. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is take to protect fragile objects. In case of Damage, please keep original packaging and send pics immediately, we will try to help resolve all issues. Boxes and packages are amply sized to protect your items. If your order arrives damaged, tell us about the damage immediately.
Local Delivery at a agreed upon price is available. You can always pick up your items directly from us in Vaals, South Limburg, The Netherlands.
